Jessica joined the ACC team in February of 2016. She was born in Tennessee and moved to Mobile when she was 12. Jessica started working as a vet tech shortly after graduating from Saraland High School.
At home, Jessica takes care of her two beloved poodle mixes, Coco and Tate. She is very creative and enjoys gardening and painting in her free time.
Sandra has been a part of the ACC team since January of 2016. From Indianapolis, Sandra moved to Mobile in 1993 in search of warmer weather. She is currently a student at Faulkner State and is set to receive her degree in veterinary technology in May of 2017. Sandra feels that her prayers were answered when her former job in security placed her at Faulkner State, where she learned about the vet tech program. She enjoys the challenge of the job and says it is her calling to care for animals.
Pugs are Sandra's favorite dogs - she has one pug of her own as well as a dachshund mix. Currently, all of her spare time is devoted to studying, but she likes to read for pleasure or listen to books on tape whenever she can fit it in.Bre Byrd, Technician
Bre has been working at the ACC since March of 2016. Bre's hometown is Dallas, Texas. She is currently studying to get her degree in radiation therapy.
Bre fosters animals who are in need of a home. She currently has 2 dogs - a pit bull mix named Austen and a chihuahua mix named Penny. She loves all dogs, but especially pit bulls. She also has 3 cats, all of which are "foster failures" who ended up finding their new home with her. In her spare time, Bre likes to be at the beach - preferably with her dogs. She is looking forward to her upcoming wedding, which will take place in July of 2017.Ryane Buck, Receptionist
Ryane has been with the ACC since November of 2016. A native of Mobile, Ryane brought pets to Dr. Knight for many years before becoming part of the team. She has a 7-year-old rabbit of her own and also helps love and care for her housemates' dog and two cats. Though more of a cat (and rabbit) person, she loves dogs too, especially large breeds.
Ryane got her degree in foreign languages at South Alabama in 2013. She has studied and worked in Germany and Russia, and returned to Mobile in 2015 to spend time with friends and family. Currently she uses her language skills as a freelance translator. In her free time, Ryane enjoys cooking, nature photography, and playing piano and guitar.Angie Mullins, Kennel Technician
Angie began working with the ACC in February of 2017. She is from California, but lived and worked all over the world while she served in the U.S. Navy as a weapons instructor. Her first deployment took her to multiple countries and continents, while her second deployment was a year-long assignment in Africa. Since then, Angie has lived in Mobile for 3 years, and is currently attending South Alabama to get her degree in nursing.
Angie loves dogs and has 3 of them - Zoey, a chihuahua, Zira, a siberian husky, and Zoro, a pit bull. She is a member of Mobile's women's roller derby team and spends a lot of her time training, playing in matches, and doing charity work with her teammates. She also enjoys hiking and going to the beach.
